My tender can be sailed. Does that change anything?
For the record yes: rig, centreboard and rudder belong in the equipment list so that they are replaced after a loss. For the premium, length, value and cruising area still count.
Does my tender run under the yacht policy?
Often yes, if it is named there and its value is included. If it is used independently or with a stronger engine, a separate contract is the clearer route.

As the series is still in production, parts are available and repairs are predictable. Still, set the value at replacement cost, including sails, rigging or gear you bought later.
