The Friendship 22 is often sailed as a trailer boat. That fits the insurance at NAMMERT: the boat trailer is included in the boat insurance at no extra premium, and the hull cover expressly also applies during launching, during craning and along the entire transport route between ramp, hall and berth.
Keelboats and small cruising yachts from six to ten metres shaped the programme of the German yard: the 22 and 26 model ranges were built from 1985 to 2005, the larger 28 and 33 from 1990 to 2010. A Friendship 26 is already sailing in our own portfolio. For the premium, value, year of construction, sail area and cruising range count, not the brand name.
Since the end of production the boats change owner as used boats. So base the sum insured on the current replacement value: it is set as an agreed value and, in the event of a claim, replaced with no deduction for depreciation ("new for old"), in the Premium tariff with no age limit.

Frequent questions
Does the road trailer of my Friendship 22 cost an additional premium?
No, the boat trailer is included in the boat insurance at no extra premium. The cover also comprises launching, craning and the transport route, for example to the winter storage or to the slipway.
Production of the Friendship ended in 2010. Does that affect my contract?
The year of construction is factored into the premium but is not an obstacle. In the Premium tariff there is full hull cover with no age limit, and compensation is paid at the agreed value with no deduction for depreciation ("new for old").

Friendship 28 / 33 is a sailing yacht from Friendship Yachts (Germany), built from 1990 to 2010, and today changes hands at between €35,000 and €90,000.
