Under the name Alumarin, five motor yacht model ranges from 776 to 1280 are recorded, built between 1965 and 1973. Production therefore lies in the past, and the boats are today second-hand boats with a long history. For yachts of this kind the agreed value in full hull cover is the decisive point, because it fixes the value that was agreed.
With boats from the sixties and seventies, a calculation based on current market value quickly leads to disputes about the residual value. How are motor yachts from the sixties valued?

Does it matter how many previous owners a yacht has had?
No. We insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners. For the rating, the type of boat, the value, the year of construction, the engine output and the cruising range count, not the origin of the boat.
