Three sailing yacht ranges are documented for this brand: the Antila 24 from 2003 to 2022 as well as the Antila 28.2 and the Antila 34 from 2020 to 2024. Boats from these years of construction mostly change hands as used boats today, and it is then the arranged agreed value that determines the later compensation.
In full hull cover an agreed value is arranged. If the boat is destroyed or stolen, we pay this amount with no deduction for depreciation ("new for old"), in the Premium tariff without an age limit. Set the agreed value at the amount that replacing a comparable yacht actually requires.
Whether an Antila lies in inland waters or on the coast is set out in the policy as the cruising range and affects the premium, as do value, year of construction and sail area. For trips abroad we issue the international certificate of insurance automatically in ten languages.

How do I insure a second-hand Antila 24?
The year of construction and previous owners play no part in acceptance. We need the type of boat, value, year of construction, sail area and cruising range; full hull cover then runs on an agreed value.
Are club races with an Antila covered as well?
From the Basis-Plus tariff upwards club races are included. Declare races with scoring status when taking out the policy so that they are properly recorded in the contract and cover applies.
