Yes. Boats from small series and one offs can be insured too. What is needed is information on construction, length, build year and engine, plus a value you can document, for example through a survey or an equipment list.
How do I document the value of a rare boat?
A survey is best. Alternatively the purchase contract, invoices for engine and equipment and current photographs help. From these an agreed fixed value is set, which is not renegotiated after a loss.

On motor yachts the drive and the electronics together make up about half the value. Both belong in the valuation, otherwise the sum insured is too low.
On a motorboat the drive is the single most valuable part. Damage after grounding is covered, an engine failure from wear is not.
On boats this size the condition of rig and fittings decides. A dismasting is covered, worn terminals after years are not.
On sailing yachts the rig and the underwater hull are the expensive parts: a dismasting quickly costs a quarter of the boat, and osmosis counts as wear and is covered by no hull policy.
