For this yard a single model range is on record, the motor yacht Canabo 50 from the years of construction 2003 to 2012. No further model ranges are recorded. For the contract that is irrelevant, because we insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners.
If a policy is already running for the yacht, we take over the switch and cancel the old contract free of charge. After that the new contract applies with third-party liability as the basis, optionally in Basis, Basis-Plus or Premium with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros.
When buying a used Canabo 50, what counts is the amount available in the event of a claim. Full hull cover indemnifies according to the agreed value with no deduction for depreciation and covers collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts, limited hull cover covers among other things fire, storm and damage in winter storage.

How does the switch from another insurer work?
You report the existing contract, NAMMERT cancels it free of charge. After that cover continues with us, with third-party liability as the basis and optionally limited hull cover or full hull cover.
What damage does limited hull cover include?
Fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage. Collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard are only added with full hull cover.
