A change of boat insurance often founders on the notice period. At Crus Yacht one model range is available, the sailing boat Truc 12, built from 2006 to 2012. If you switch to us, we cancel the previous policy free of charge, and you keep your cover without a gap during the transition.
Sailing boats are rated by sail area rather than by engine output, together with type of boat, value, year of construction and cruising range. The brand name never enters into the premium. Club races are included from Basis-Plus upwards, and races with official scoring status are declared when you take out the policy.
Production ended in 2012, but the model range continues to be sailed. For full hull cover we agree an agreed value and settle claims with no deduction for depreciation, in the Premium tariff with no age limit. Winter storage, craning, launching and the transport route are included, and a boat trailer runs with the policy at no extra premium.
