The Sturmvogel sailing boat is the only range on record, built from 1973 to 1981. A larger programme is not available. It is precisely boats from such limited production that we insure regularly, because small series and home-built boats can also be insured at NAMMERT.
With small production runs a common comparative value is often missing. That is why we set an agreed value which applies in the event of a claim with no deduction for depreciation ("new for old"). In the Premium tariff full hull cover applies with no age limit, so that even a hull from the seventies can be fully covered.
With a sailing boat the sail area replaces engine power as a premium factor, and to this are added the value, the year of construction and the cruising range. Club races are included from Basis-Plus upwards, and the cover also applies in winter storage, during craning, during launching and on the transport route.
