For Navia the motor yacht Navia One with years of construction from 2004 to 2022 is on record. For a large part of the year such a yacht is not in the water but on land. Our cover continues to apply exactly there: in winter storage, during craning, during launching and on the transport route, without any separate registration.
Damage in winter storage already belongs to limited hull cover, together with fire, storm, lightning strike and theft of the whole boat. Full hull cover adds collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard, in each case with an agreed value and with no deduction for depreciation.

Frequent questions
Is damage during craning covered?
Yes. Cover applies during craning, during launching, on the transport route and in winter storage. Damage in winter storage is already part of limited hull cover and not only of full hull cover.
Are there restrictions at certain times of day?
No. Hull insurance has no time window and no night clause. The agreed cover runs continuously, regardless of whether the yacht is under way or lying at its berth.
