The only range recorded is the sailing yacht Nordwind 32, built from 1972 to 1986. On a sailing yacht the sail area replaces engine power as a premium factor. To this are added type of boat, value, year of construction and cruising range, from which the premium follows.
Whether you stay on inland waters or travel along the coast, we record it in the contract. For trips abroad you receive the international certificate of insurance automatically in ten languages. Club races are included from the Basis-Plus level onwards.
The years of construction go back as far as 1986. We insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners, with an agreed value and with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff with no age limit in the full hull cover. The cover applies in winter storage and during craning as well.

Nordwind 32 is a sailing yacht from Nordwind Yachtbau, built from 1972 to 1986.
For a series of this age there is no list price left. That is why we work with an agreed value: you state the figure, we agree it, and in a total loss exactly that amount is paid, with no deduction for wear.
On sailing yachts the rig and the underwater hull are the expensive parts: a dismasting quickly costs a quarter of the boat, and osmosis counts as wear and is covered by no hull policy.
