After buying a boat from the seventies there can be disputes about defects. Legal expenses cover for water sports can be added to your policy with us and takes effect after the purchase of a used boat just as it does in disputes with a yard.
Four ranges are recorded under Techmar: the Beaufort models as well as the Pilotina as a motor boat, built between 1974 and 1983. We calculate the sailing boats via the sail area and the motor boat via the engine output, in each case together with the value, the year of construction and the cruising range.
The hull cover is not defeated by the age of these boats. We insure regardless of the year of construction, where the boat was bought and previous owners, agree an agreed value and pay compensation with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff without an age limit. The boat trailer is included at no extra premium.
