One sailing yacht is documented, the Femtifemman with years of construction from 1981 to 1988. With sailing yachts the sail area counts for the premium instead of the engine output, plus the type of boat, value, year of construction and cruising range. The name of the manufacturer has no influence here.
Production ended in the eighties, but the boat remains insurable. We insure regardless of the year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners, and the agreed value determines in advance what will be replaced, with no deduction for depreciation and, in the Premium tariff, with no age limit.
Club races are included from Basis-Plus upwards, and you report races with official scoring status when you take out the policy. Between the seasons the protection continues to apply in winter storage, during craning, launching and on the transport route, with no time window in the hull cover.
