Yes, multihulls can be covered just like monohulls. The premium is based on the type of boat, the value, the year of construction, the sail area and the cruising range. Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros the policy can be taken out online.
What happens to a running contract with another provider?
NAMMERT cancels the old contract free of charge under the switching service. You provide the details of the boat and the company does the rest, so that no gap arises between the old and the new cover.
