Dipol Glass is listed with 24 models between 3.5 and 7.5 m, almost all of them motorboats. The range runs from the small D-400 and D-450 through the CP series in 580 and 600 up to the Dipol 25-CC. Added to that are the cabin version 510 Fragata Cabina and the fishing model P-580 Pescador. Production has run since 2000 and continues today.
Boats of this size sit on a pontoon in inland and coastal waters or stand on a trailer. Third party liability is therefore the base, and trailer transport belongs in the cover, because damage happens out of the water too. For the older build years from 2000 an agreed value makes sense so the figure does not shrink to a low market value after a loss.

Is trailer transport of a Dipol 580 covered?
Transport on your own trailer can be included in the hull cover. On boats of this size that is the usual route, because they move regularly between the water and winter storage.
Does the cover extend to the outboard?
The engine belongs to the insured boat as long as it is part of the stated value. When switching to a more powerful outboard the value should be adjusted.

As the series is still in production, parts are available and repair costs are predictable. Even so, value it at replacement cost including retrofitted electronics, not at list price.
On a motorboat the drive is the single most valuable part. Damage after grounding is covered, an engine failure from wear is not.
On motor yachts the drive and the electronics together make up about half the value. Both belong in the valuation, otherwise the sum insured is too low.
For a series built in these years the market value and the replacement cost often differ widely. An agreed value removes the age-based scale, and the figure in the policy stands.
