Worth knowing
Enmar Ltd.; cover, cost and conditions
One cabin catamaran is recorded from Enmar, the Ambercat 210 from the construction years 2006 to 2015. Production has ended, used units are traded today. Anyone who crosses the border with such a boat receives the international certificate of insurance from NAMMERT automatically in ten languages.
The proof is enclosed with the contract and does not have to be requested separately. The cruising range is one of the details from which the premium arises, alongside the type of boat, value, year of construction and engine power or sail area. The brand plays no part in this.
For an Ambercat 210 from the years up to 2015 the cover remains the same as for a new boat. Full hull cover works with an agreed value and pays compensation with no deduction for depreciation ("new for old"), in the Premium tariff with no age limit. Limited hull cover applies for fire, storm, lightning strike, theft and damage in winter storage.
Questions and answers
Frequent questions
In which languages is the proof for abroad available?
The international certificate of insurance is issued automatically in ten languages. It belongs to the contract and does not have to be requested separately.
Does the cruising range change the cover?
The cover remains the same, but the cruising range is factored into the premium. Report a change between an inland area and the coast to us so that the contract fits.

Series by Enmar Ltd., build years and cover
Ambercat 210 is a cabin catamaran from Enmar Ltd., built from 2006 to 2015.
For a series built in these years the market value and the replacement cost often differ widely. An agreed value removes the age-based scale, and the figure in the policy stands.
On catamarans the bridgedeck between the hulls is the sensitive part, and the berth belongs in the application: double width often means a mooring rather than a marina.
