Three motorboat ranges are recorded: Sealine Snoopy, Sealine Sunny and Sealine Sunswift, all built between 1975 and 1982. Production thus lies far in the past. Anyone sailing such a boat today will find insurance cover at NAMMERT regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners.
Many of these boats have been insured with the same company for years. The switching service takes the change over for you: NAMMERT cancels the previous policy free of charge and coordinates the start of the new contract with it. In this way cover continues without a gap.
The new contract contains third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros, plus limited hull cover with fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage. Full hull cover adds collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts.

Frequent questions
Do I have to cancel the old policy myself?
No. NAMMERT takes over the cancellation of the previous policy free of charge and makes sure that the new cover follows on without a gap.
Can a motorboat from the nineteen-seventies still be given hull insurance?
Yes. In the Premium tariff full hull cover pays with no age limit and with no deduction for depreciation ("new for old"). The basis is the agreed value fixed when the policy is taken out.
