At the start of every contract stands the third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros. Five motor yacht ranges are recorded for Franz KG, Nordsee Express, Nordsee TX, Ostsee TX, Rheinland TX and Atlantic, all built between 1965 and 1975. For them too this basis applies unchanged.
How high the sum turns out depends on the tariff level Basis, Basis-Plus or Premium. Limited hull cover and full hull cover build on it. Damage to someone else's boat in the harbour falls under the third-party liability, damage to your own hull under the hull cover.
Because production of these ranges has lain in the past since 1975, the hull side is governed by the agreed value. It is replaced with no deduction for depreciation ("new for old"), in the Premium tariff with no age limit. The trailer is included at no extra premium, and the cover also applies in winter storage and during craning.
