Hatteras Yachts is listed with 138 models, almost all of them motor yachts. Build years run from 1962 to the present and lengths from 8.5 to 37.3 m. The GT range shapes the picture, from the GT 45 X through the 54, 59 and 65 to the 70 GT, alongside the 60 MY and 75 MY Panacera and the large 105 Raised Pilothouse and M90 Panacera.
The span from eight and a half to more than 37 m is so wide that value and cruising area are the decisive entries. For the older build years, and the records reach back to 1962, an agreed value is preferable to actual cash value, because engines, interiors and electronics have been renewed over the years. On the large yachts berth, crew and use are added, since they shape the liability side as much as the hull side.

As the series is still in production, parts are available and repair costs are predictable. Even so, value it at replacement cost including retrofitted electronics, not at list price.
