No policy without third-party liability: it is the basis, with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros, available in Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium. Two ranges are recorded under Johnson, the Johnson 23 sailing boat and the Johnson 26 sailing yacht, both with years of build from 1975 to 1983.
Both ranges ran at the same time and have long been out of production. For hull cover this is no obstacle: we insure regardless of year of build, place of purchase and previous owners, and in the Premium tariff full hull cover applies with no age limit. The agreed value keeps the agreed sum in the policy.
For the sailing boat as for the sailing yacht, the sail area rather than an engine output determines the premium, together with the type of boat, value, year of build and cruising range. Club races are included from Basis-Plus upwards, and you declare races with ranking status when you take out the policy. The trailer is included at no extra premium.

Why does third-party liability come first?
Because it covers damage you cause to others and provides a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros for that. Limited hull cover and full hull cover build on it and protect your own boat.
