Racing yachts from Valencia describes this yard's segment: King Marine builds TP52 and custom racing yachts, on record since 2005 and 2010 respectively and running to the present day, with lengths of 15 to 20 metres. For sailing yachts we calculate with the sail area instead of the engine power.
Anyone who races settles this point before taking out the policy. Club races are included from Basis-Plus upwards; races with ranking status you state when taking out the policy so that they appear in the contract. Underneath lies third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros.

As the series is still in production, parts are available and repair costs are predictable. Even so, value it at replacement cost including retrofitted electronics, not at list price.
