Two ranges are recorded: the Cork 1720 as a sailing boat with years of construction from 1994 to 2007 and the Seamrog as a motor boat from 1997 to 2003. Payment is made with no deduction for depreciation. Included are collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard; limited hull cover covers fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage. Both production runs have ended, and the boats change owners second-hand today. We insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners. Yes, we accept small production runs and home-built boats. The basis is the agreed value that is set when you take out the policy, and we insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners.
What happens to my previous policy?
Through the switching service NAMMERT cancels the previous policy free of charge. Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros you take out the new policy online.
