The SeaCart 30 is recorded as a cabin trimaran, built between 2004 and 2022. Further ranges are not available. Multihulls are rated by us like any other craft, namely by type of boat, value, year of construction, sail area and cruising range, never by the brand.
If you already have a policy, we take over the switch. NAMMERT cancels the previous policy free of charge, and deadlines and correspondence run through us. The new cover follows on without a gap, with third-party liability as the basis and limited hull cover or full hull cover as you choose.
Full hull cover covers collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts, and indemnity is paid with no deduction for depreciation (new for old) on the basis of the agreed value. Club races are included from Basis-Plus, and you state races with scoring status when taking out the policy.

Do I have to cancel my old policy myself?
No. NAMMERT cancels the previous policy free of charge and keeps an eye on the deadlines. You only submit the details of the existing policy, and the new cover follows on without a gap.
Are multihulls treated separately?
They are rated by the same criteria, that is type of boat, value, year of construction, sail area and cruising range. Small production runs and home-built boats can be insured as well.
