Four model ranges are in the programme, the 230Open, the 230XS as well as the 280 Open and the 340 Open, all as motorboats with years of construction from 2018 to this day. Open boats carry their equipment visibly on deck, and the propulsion sits on the transom, which is important for theft of parts in full hull cover.
Theft of parts including the outboard is part of full hull cover, as is vandalism. So that the compensation fits, the engine and permanently associated equipment belong in the list from which the agreed value results. Compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation (new for old).
Third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros remains the basis, selectable in the levels Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium. Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros you take out the policy online. The boat trailer is included in the boat insurance at no extra premium.

Frequent questions
What happens if the outboard is stolen?
Theft of parts including the outboard belongs to full hull cover. The prerequisite is that the engine is recorded in the list for the agreed value; then it is replaced with no deduction for depreciation (new for old).
Is vandalism at the berth covered?
Vandalism is part of full hull cover, as are collision, grounding and theft of parts. Limited hull cover alone includes fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the boat and damage in winter storage.
