Club races are included from the Basis-Plus tariff upwards. Races with scoring status you declare when taking out the policy, so that cover is clearly regulated there too. The basis remains the third-party liability cover with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros in the Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium levels.
On yachts of this length the sum insured is correspondingly high. Up to 2.5 million euros you take out the policy online; above that an individual assessment follows. Under full hull cover an agreed value applies, compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), and in the Premium tariff without an age limit.
