With us a boat trailer is included in the boat insurance at no extra premium. The cover applies during launching, during craning, in winter storage and on the transport route, with no time window and no night clause. Damage in winter storage is already included in limited hull cover, as are fire, storm and lightning strike.
Full hull cover adds collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard, with an agreed value and with no deduction for depreciation (new for old). The premium is based on the type of boat, value, year of construction, engine power and cruising range, never on the brand.

Is damage on the road covered as well?
The cover applies on the transport route, as it does during launching and during craning. The boat trailer itself is included in the boat insurance at no extra premium and needs no policy of its own.
How quickly is the contract in place?
Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros you take out the policy online, above that we examine the individual case. If you are coming from another provider, we cancel the previous contract free of charge for you.
