A-2.1 to A-2.2: same wording in Liability Basis, clause A-2

A-2.3 Where agreed and stated in the policy schedule, by way of derogation from clause A-6.1.2, legal liability arising from participation in motorboat races, including jet ski races, is included, within the scope of the following provisions: 1 Cover is granted on a subsidiary basis, that is, in the event of a claim the insurer steps in only if and so far as no other insurer is obliged to pay compensation or can be called upon. 2 Cover exists only if you, as the driver, have obtained a valid racing licence for the insured jet ski or the insured motorboat. 3 Practice runs connected with the race are also insured, provided you use the water areas designated for them (a marked out area).
