German law applies; only the German wording is binding.
This English text is a courtesy so you can read what you buy, not a contract document.
Where the two differ, the German text decides:
A-1.1 Insured is the watercraft with all permanently installed parts, including the machinery and technical installations, the nautical equipment (for example navigation, night vision and hand held radio devices, binoculars and so on), the inventory (with the exception of the items named under A-1.2.1), and masts, booms, standing and running rigging and sails.
A-1.2 Co-insured are personal effects such as towels, glasses, mobile phones, laptops (within the indemnity limits under A-9.4).
A-1.2.1 There is in particular no cover for cash, valuables such as furs, jewellery, paintings, antiques and luxury items, where the value of the individual item exceeds 6,000 euros; musical instruments; food, drink and tobacco.
A-1.3: same wording in Hull Basis, clause A-1
A-1.4 Cover also exists for items of equipment, inventory and outboard engines where they are kept separately from the craft at another location in locked rooms or buildings. Other insurances take precedence over this cover.
A-1.5: same wording in Hull Basis, clause A-1
