Where the two differ, the German text decides:
A-4.1 The agreed deductible is deducted from the indemnity for each claim.
A-4.2 For inspection costs under A-3.2, pure assistance services under the additional conditions Assistance for watercraft hull insurance Premium (ZB Assistance Wassersportkasko Premium), tenders, personal effects and boat trailers, the deductible does not apply.
