Worth knowing
Monte Carlo Yachts; cover, cost and conditions
Monte Carlo Yachts builds motor yachts between 20 and 30 metres in Monfalcone, founded as the premium brand of Groupe Beneteau and produced in modular construction, with hull and superstructure created separately and then joined together. These yachts have sums insured well above the calculator limit of 2.5 million euros.
For yachts in this class the following applies: underwriting is handled personally, because cruising range, crew, charter operation and deductible structure have to be clarified individually. The calculator gives you an immediate answer for smaller boats; with a 22 metre yacht a conversation is the quicker route. Give us a call, even if it is only a matter of checking an existing contract against current market standards.

Series by Monte Carlo Yachts, with value and cover
MCY 70 is a motor yacht from Monte Carlo Yachts (Italy), built since 2012, and today changes hands at between €1,800,000 and €4,200,000.
MCY 76 / 80 is a motor yacht from Monte Carlo Yachts (Italy), built since 2014, and today changes hands at between €3,200,000 and €7,000,000.
MCY 66 is a motor yacht from Monte Carlo Yachts (Italy), built since 2010, and today changes hands at between €1,200,000 and €4,200,000.
As the series is still in production, parts are available and repair costs are predictable. Even so, value it at replacement cost including retrofitted electronics, not at list price.
On motor yachts the drive and the electronics together make up about half the value. Both belong in the valuation, otherwise the sum insured is too low.
