The Amigo range comprises four sailing boats from the Amigo 23 to the Amigo 40 with years of construction between 1974 and 1990. With sailing boats NAMMERT calculates the premium according to the sail area instead of the engine power, along with type of boat, value, year of construction and cruising range.
Boats of these years almost always change owner second hand. The agreed value is set when cover is taken out and is paid in the event of a claim with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff with no age limit. In this way the agreed value remains the basis of calculation even after decades.
Anyone taking part in club races with an Amigo is covered from Basis-Plus upwards. State races with scoring status when taking out cover. Outside the season, cover continues to apply in winter storage, during craning and launching and while in transport.

According to type of boat, value, year of construction, sail area and cruising range. With sailing yachts the sail area replaces engine power as a factor. The name of the manufacturer does not enter the calculation.
Are races with the club covered?
Club races are included from the Basis-Plus tariff upwards. Report races with scoring status when taking out cover, so that the cover fits and no question remains open in the event of a claim.
