Four model ranges are on file: the Sovereign 28 and 34 from the years 1993 to 2001 as well as the Buccaneer 37 and 44, which were built between 1974 and 1984. Production thus lies entirely in the past. These motor yachts are insured all the same, regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners.

You compare Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium at your leisure and decide on the basis of the limit of indemnity and the scope of hull cover, not on the basis of the cancellation date.
In the full hull cover an agreed value is arranged, compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff with no age limit. Collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard are included. The cover also applies in winter storage and during craning.

Is it a problem that the Buccaneer 37 has not been built since 1981?
No. A discontinued model range is no obstacle. We insure regardless of year of construction and previous owners, and the valuation is made through the agreed value instead of a new price.
