Dominator Yachts is listed with 14 models, all recorded as motor yachts, with lengths between 19.6 and 40 m. The range covers the three digit types 640, 680, 720 and 800, the models 62, 68 and 86 and the metric models 29M, 38 M and 40M. The Ilumen line adds the D26 Ilumen and the Ilumen 28 M. Production has run since 2000.
In this size class an accurate statement of value is decisive, because equipment, tenders and electronics make up a substantial share. Cruising area and berth belong in the application just as precisely, since a Mediterranean summer season is a different matter from an Atlantic passage. For build years from 2000 an agreed value is the better basis than a market value clause.

Can yachts over 30 m be insured?
Yes. The 38 M and 40M sit in that bracket. At this size the contract is built individually, with cruising area, crew and berth agreed item by item.
How is the tender treated?
Tenders and watercraft count as equipment and should be named in the agreed value. If the tender is used on its own, separate third party liability for it makes sense.

As the series is still in production, parts are available and repair costs are predictable. Even so, value it at replacement cost including retrofitted electronics, not at list price.
