Three ranges are recorded under the name Erma, the 670 from 2001 to 2010, the 300 as a motorboat from 2005 to 2012 and the 300 S as a sailing boat from 2005 to 2014. Sail and engine therefore stand side by side. For the premium this means: in one case the sail area counts, in the other the engine power.
All three ranges have been discontinued, and boats are bought second-hand today. When buying a used boat a dispute about defects is possible, and legal expenses cover for water sports exists for that, which also covers disputes with a yard and can be included alongside the boat policy.
We insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners. Full hull cover works with an agreed value and pays with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff with no age limit. A boat trailer is covered at no extra premium, and cover also applies in winter storage.
