After the purchase of a used boat or in a dispute with a yard, legal expenses cover for water sports can be decisive. We offer it in addition to the boat insurance. With motor yachts such as the Pinasse 46, the Pinasse River or the Capella 35, such cases are regularly triggered via the second-hand market.
Four model ranges are documented, with build years from 1991 to 2016 and thus a production that lies in the past. We insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners. In the full hull cover an agreed value is fixed, which is paid out in the event of a claim with no deduction for depreciation (new for old).
For the premium the type of boat, value, year of construction, engine power and cruising range count, never the brand. Cover also applies in winter storage, during craning, launching and on the transport route. Third-party liability forms the basis with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros in the levels Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium.

What does the legal expenses cover for water sports cover?
