The boat insurance itself starts with third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros in the levels Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium. Above that lie limited hull cover and full hull cover, the latter with an agreed value, with no deduction for depreciation (new for old) and in the Premium tariff with no age limit.
Previous owners, place of purchase and year of construction do not stand in the way of taking out a policy, and we insure regardless of them. If a contract is still running elsewhere, NAMMERT cancels the earlier contract free of charge. The premium is based on the type of boat, value, year of construction, engine output and cruising range, not on the brand.

Yes. The legal expenses cover for water sports is offered alongside and applies to a dispute after buying a used boat as well as to disagreements with a yard about a repair.
How does the switch from an existing contract work?
NAMMERT cancels the earlier contract free of charge. You give us the details of the yacht, we draw up the new contract and take care of the cancellation with the previous provider.
