Under Planaco the Seabaron 34 motor yacht with build years from 1974 to 1981 is recorded; no further ranges are available. For a yacht of that period, third-party liability carries the cover, with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros depending on the tariff level chosen.
In full hull cover an agreed value is agreed, according to which compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation (new for old). In the Premium tariff the age limit does not apply. Collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard are covered, even with a boat of these build years.
If a contract is still running with another company, we cancel it free of charge as part of the switching service.

Frequent questions
How is third-party liability structured?
It forms the basis of the policy and covers 10 to 50 million euros depending on the tariff level. Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium are available, which also differ in the scope of hull cover.
Can I switch in the middle of the year?
The switching service cancels the old contract free of charge. The new cover starts with the agreed value that has been agreed and applies immediately, including in winter storage, during craning and during launching.

Licence
A powerboat licence (inland or coastal) is required from 15 hp (11.03 kW).
Registration
Registration from 3 hp; for trips abroad carry the boat certificate or flag document.
