Worth knowing
Pro Yachting; cover, cost and conditions
For trips across the national border, NAMMERT issues the international certificate of insurance automatically in ten languages. The sailing yacht T-Boat 750 was built between 2002 and 2008, and no further model ranges are recorded for the brand. The certificate is part of the policy, with no separate application.
On a sailing yacht the sail area determines the premium together with value, year of construction, type of boat and cruising range. Club races are included from Basis-Plus upwards, and races with official scoring status are declared when you take out the policy. The brand itself has no influence on the rating.
Full hull cover works with an agreed value and settles claims with no deduction for depreciation, in the Premium tariff with no age limit. Covered are collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard, with no time window and no night clause.

Series by Pro Yachting, build years and cover
T-Boat 750 is a sailing yacht from Pro Yachting, built from 2002 to 2008.
For a series built in these years the market value and the replacement cost often differ widely. An agreed value removes the age-based scale, and the figure in the policy stands.
On sailing yachts the rig and the underwater hull are the expensive parts: a dismasting quickly costs a quarter of the boat, and osmosis counts as wear and is covered by no hull policy.
