The Stillo 30 has been built since 2015, a motor yacht and the only model on record. No further model ranges are available. Where you sail with such a yacht decides the premium as the cruising range, whether inland or on the coast. The manufacturer's name does not count here.
Type of boat, value, year of construction and engine power are added. For journeys across national borders you receive the international certificate of insurance automatically in ten languages, without having to request it separately. Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros the contract can be taken out online.
The hull cover has no time window and no night clause. Full hull cover covers collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard; limited hull cover covers fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage.

Frequent questions
Does a change of sailing area affect the contract?
Yes. The cruising range is a premium characteristic. If in future you sail on the coast instead of inland, agree this with us beforehand so that the cover fits.
Does the cover also apply at night?
Yes, there is no time window and no night clause in the hull cover. Insurance cover also exists in winter storage, during craning, during launching and in transit.

Licence
A powerboat licence (inland or coastal) is required from 15 hp (11.03 kW).
Registration

Stillo 30 is a motor yacht from Stillo Yachts, built since 2015.
As the series is still in production, parts are available and repair costs are predictable. Even so, value it at replacement cost including retrofitted electronics, not at list price.
On motor yachts the drive and the electronics together make up about half the value. Both belong in the valuation, otherwise the sum insured is too low.
