Two motor yacht model ranges are recorded for United Holiday, the Holiday Imperial and the Holiday Sea King, both built from 1965 to 1973. No further details are available. We continue to accept boats from that period, regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners.
On a yacht built decades ago, the agreed value determines the compensation. It is set when the policy is taken out and paid in the event of a claim with no deduction for depreciation (new for old). In the Premium tariff full hull cover applies with no age limit, so the year of construction does not stand in the way of the cover.
Third-party liability stands before it with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros, and limited hull cover bears fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage. If a dispute arises after a purchase, legal expenses cover for water sports applies.

How is the agreed value for a Holiday Imperial determined?
It is set when the policy is taken out and is based on the value of the boat. In the event of a claim we pay compensation accordingly, with no deduction for depreciation (new for old).
Does full hull cover remain possible for old yachts?
In the Premium tariff there is no age limit. Collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts are therefore covered even for years of construction from the 1960s.
