The sailing boat Ultimate 20 is the only range recorded, built from 1993 to 2019. No further models are available. Over this long production period boats of very different year groups are spread out, which is why value and agreed value are determined individually for each boat.
With sailing boats the sail area takes the place of the engine power; added to this are the type of boat, value, year of construction and cruising range. Club races are included from Basis-Plus upwards, and races with scoring status are declared when you take out the policy so that they are expressly stated in the contract.
The trailer is included in the boat insurance at no extra premium, and the cover applies during launching, during craning, on the transport route and in winter storage. The full hull cover works with an agreed value and pays compensation with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff with no age limit.

Are races already included in the Basis tariff?
Club races are included from the Basis-Plus tariff upwards. For races with scoring status a declaration when taking out the policy is necessary.

Series by USI, build years and cover
Ultimate 20 is a sailing boat from USI, built from 1993 to 2019.
For a series built in these years the market value and the replacement cost often differ widely. An agreed value removes the age-based scale, and the figure in the policy stands.
On boats this size the condition of rig and fittings decides. A dismasting is covered, worn terminals after years are not.
