Two model ranges from the nineteen nineties are recorded, the Monotype 75 as a sailing boat and the Shamrock 95 as a sailing yacht, both built from 1993 to 1999. With sailing vessels the sail area takes the place of the engine power and thus goes into the premium.
Anyone who sails regattas in a club is included from the Basis-Plus tariff upwards. You state races with scoring status when taking out the policy so that the cover also applies there. In the hull cover there is neither a time window nor a night clause that would limit the cover in time.
Production ended in 1999, and buying is done used. Year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners play no role for acceptance. In the full hull cover settlement is made according to the agreed value with no deduction for depreciation, in the Premium tariff without an age limit. A boat trailer is included at no extra premium.

What do I have to state if I sail regattas?

Is a boat from the nineteen nineties still insured with full hull cover?
