2.4.1 In damages legal expenses cover, the first event in which the loss occurred or is alleged to have occurred.

2.4.4 If your insured event extends over a period of time, its beginning is decisive.
2.4.5 If several insured events are the cause of your entitlement to cover, the first is decisive. If this first insured event occurs within the term of the contract, you receive cover. If this first insured event occurred before the start of the contract, you are not entitled to cover. In your favour, insured events that occurred more than one year before the start of cover are disregarded.
