Whether an inland lake or a coastal area, the cruising range is factored into the premium and is agreed when the policy is taken out. For areas beyond the border, the international certificate of insurance is automatically available in ten languages. This way the contract fits your area and not the other way round.
For Yam no broad model range programme is documented, and the brand is insured nonetheless without any special route. We insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners, small production runs as well. The premium depends on the type of boat, value, year of construction, engine power and cruising range, never on the brand name.
A Yam 380 S is already sailing in our own portfolio. In full hull cover an agreed value secures the amount that was set, and compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation ("new for old"). You take out the policy online, and NAMMERT cancels an existing previous policy free of charge for you.

I use my Yam 380 S sometimes inland, sometimes on the coast. How do I state that?
For Yam: You agree the cruising range when taking out the policy, it is a premium factor.
The cover also applies on the transport route between the areas.
Can I insure a Yam online without extensive yard data?
Yes, for Yam too: taking out the policy online is possible up to a sum insured of 2.5 million
euros.
