AAG Nautika d.o.o. is the company behind the Murtic yachts in our records, built at a yard in Zagreb, the Croatian capital. Yachting World describes them as fast cruisers built entirely in pre-preg carbon. For the Murtic 52 RS, Botin & Carkeek drew the hull, while Murtic, an architect and interior designer, shaped the interior and the overall look, with a large tinted glass coachroof and a pared back saloon. Model names give the length in feet plus the purpose: IRC for the racing versions, Raised Saloon for yachts with a raised deck saloon, Performance Cruiser and Sport Cruiser for fast cruising.

Our model records list eight Murtic designs, all sailing yachts, built between 2003 and 2017. Three carry the IRC tag, the 43, 47 and 53, two are Raised Saloon versions, the 52 and 67, and the list is completed by the 52 Performance Cruiser, the 52 Sport Cruiser and the Murtic 72. A carbon yacht of this size lives in a marina and comes out by travel hoist or crane for its yearly check.
