The boat trailer is covered by the third-party liability at no extra premium from Basis-Plus, provided it is named in the application with its value. You can add it to the hull cover for a premium. Cover does not end at the jetty; it applies during craning, during launching, on the road and in winter storage.
Whether motor boat or sailing boat, the premium follows the type of boat, the value, the year of construction, the engine output or sail area and the cruising range. Boats from the seventies and eighties can be insured just as readily as newer ones, because we insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners.
