The cruising range is one of the factors from which the premium results, whether inland waters or coast. Together with type of boat, value, year of construction and engine power or sail area, this produces a contract that fits the actual use of the boat.
For journeys abroad we provide the international certificate of insurance automatically in ten languages. Anyone trailering their boat there has the trailer covered by the third-party liability at no extra premium from Basis-Plus, provided it is named in the application with its value, and the cover also applies in transit. You can add it to the hull cover for a premium.
