Brandt-Møllers Bådebyggeri is a Danish boatbuilder founded by Oscar Brandt-Møller in 1946. Its first production boat was a small wooden craft in classic style, and by the early fifties the yard was already shipping to Europe and the United States. It stayed a family business. Until the eighties the range was mostly sailing boats with traditional lines, and then Per Brandt-Møller, the founder's son, widened it with the Diva Royal, motor boats in the manner of classic runabouts. What marks out a Brandt-Møller is the mix of a modern hull with plenty of wood: on the Folkboat in its Family version the hull is fibreglass, the cockpit mahogany and the deck teak. According to the builder directory, the yard no longer produces new boats.
