Brioni sounds Italian, but the boats are built in Slovenia. The yard was founded in 2006 by a team of experienced people from the boating industry who set out to design their own yacht from scratch. The result was the Brioni 44, a sporty motor yacht that reviewers saw as drawn very much in the style of Italian motor yachts. Below deck it has two cabins, a VIP cabin in the bow and a full-beam owner's cabin tucked beneath the saloon.
