The business dates back to 1964 and moved into building its own boats in 2005 with Mustang Marine. Since 2022 its new builds carry the Domina Yachts name. The yard turns out fast sport boats on deep-V hulls, and the first model under the new badge was the 42 Walkaround, drawn by Marco Seri. A walkaround layout means side decks run past the helm all the way forward, so the bow can be reached without climbing over the superstructure.
