Worth knowing
CCE; cover, cost and conditions
With the Aqua 35 one motor yacht range is recorded, built from 2003 to 2012. Further ranges are not on file. At the beginning of every policy for a motor yacht stands the third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros in the levels Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium.
As production lies in the past, a yacht of this kind comes today from second or third hand. We insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners. Full hull cover works with an agreed value and pays compensation with no deduction for depreciation, in the Premium tariff with no age limit.
Full hull cover comprises collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard. Winter storage, craning, launching and the way in transport are included, and a boat trailer runs along in the third-party liability at no extra premium from Basis-Plus, provided it is named in the application with its value. You can add it to the hull cover for a premium.
Questions and answers
Frequent questions
How high can the third-party liability be set?
For CCE: The limit of indemnity ranges from 10 to 50 million euros,
depending on the tariff level Basis, Basis-Plus or Premium.
It forms the basis on which limited hull cover and full hull cover build.
Does the cover change on trips after nightfall?
No, not for CCE either: What remains decisive is the agreed cruising range, not the time of day.

Series by CCE, build years and cover
Aqua 35 is a motor yacht from CCE, built from 2003 to 2012.
For the Aqua 35 by CCE series the market value and the replacement cost often differ widely.
An agreed value removes the age-based scale, and the figure in the policy stands.
For the Aqua 35 by CCE series: On motor yachts the drive and the electronics together make up
about half the value.
Both belong in the valuation, otherwise the sum insured is too low.
